An ace performance by Joey Murray carried Dublin Coffman to a 7-0 win in seven innings over Central Crossing on Wednesday.

Murray’s 11 strikeouts helped Dublin Coffman to the victory. Dublin Coffman’s pitcher gave up just three hits over seven shutout innings.

Everything was working at the plate for the Dublin Coffman in the seventh. Central Crossing had no answer as Dublin Coffman scored four runs. Dublin Coffman scored in the seventh on an RBI double by CJ Saunders, an RBI single by John David Hatgas, a sacrifice fly by Matt Phipps, and a wild pitch.

Saunders racked up two RBIs on two hits for Dublin Coffman.

#31 took the loss for Central Crossing. He allowed seven runs in 6 1/3 innings, walked one and struck out three.

The lead stayed with Dublin Coffman after the fifth, when it scored three runs on two singles.
