Coffman names Stokes as head football coach

Last night, the Coffman athletic department introduced the next head coach of the Rocks football program. Pending board approval, Geron Stokes, previously of Minster High School, will be taking the reins of the Shamrocks program. SETH SHUMATE PINS FOR STATE CHAMPIONSHIP

Junior Seth Shumate captured his second 195lbs. OHSAA state title.  Seth pinned his opponent in the first period to earn the 195 lbs. weight class championship.  Shumate won the same title his freshman season but did not have the opportunity to repeat as a sophomore since the event was canceled.  His Freshman year he completed

WRESTLERS FINISH 4TH IN THE STATE

The Rocks finished tied for 4th place in The 2021 OHSAA State Wrestling Tournament with 97.5 points.  Coffman returns 7 out of the 9 state qualifiers next season. 113  Omar Ayoub (Fr.) Emily Yoshino Takes 2nd on Floor

2021 OHSAA GYMNASTICS STATE TOURNAMENT Sophomore, Emily Yoshino finished second on Floor with  a 9.525 score. 5th place on Beam 9.4 14th place in the All-Around-36.35       9.525   GREAT JOB EMILY!

ROCKS ADVANCE TO THE ELITE 8

The Rocks defeated Reynoldsburg in the Regional Semi in a thriller by the score 0f 60-57.  The girls now advance to the Regional Final for the first time since 2017.  The Rocks were down 24-14 at the end of the first quarter and trailed 41-30 at the half.  Coffman stormed back to tie the game
